Seat Belts
All occupants of a motor vehicle, i.e. the driver, front seat passengers and all those seated in the rear are required to wear a seat belt.
Each occupant of a motor vehicle is required to wear a seat belt if his/her seat is fitted with a seat belt. People aged 14 and over are responsible for wearing a seat belt themselves. In this case, the driver cannot be held responsible if the other passengers do not wear a seat belt. However, the driver is responsible for passengers under the age of 14.
PLEASE NOTE
Pregnant women are also required to wear a seat belt.
